Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Gingerr at gingerr.xyz (the “Service”). The Service is provided by the Gingerr team(“we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

You upload a video and tell us what you want. We transcribe the speech, plan an edit, show you the plan, and after you approve it we render a new video with captions and motion graphics. You can review and change the plan before anything is rendered.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
• One person per free account. Creating accounts to get more free videos is not allowed.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the videos we make for you.
• You give us a limited permission to store and process your videos only to provide the Service. We do not use your videos to train AI models.
• You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and the people shown.
• We delete uploads and finished videos 7 days after you create them. Download what you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload or create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualizes minors, harasses people, or is meant to deceive (for example, impersonation or fake endorsements). We may remove such content and close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, who also handles sales tax and VAT.
• Plan limits (videos per month, video length) are shown on the Pricing page. “Unlimited” is subject to the Fair Use Policy.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. AI output

Captions and edits are made by automated tools and can contain mistakes (for example, a misspelled name). Check the preview before you render and before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or stop features; if we make a material change to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
