Fair Use Policy

“Unlimited” means you do not count videos. It is designed for one creator or a small team making their own content, as often as they like.

What is fair use

• Making videos for your own channels, brand or clients, by hand, through the website.
• Busy weeks with many videos are fine.

What is not

• Automated or scripted uploads, or reselling the Service as your own.
• Sharing one account across many unrelated people.
• Uploading the same video many times to get around other limits.

To keep the Service fast for everyone, very high use (far beyond a normal creator) may be slowed down or paused, and a few videos can render at the same time per account. If this ever affects you, we will contact you first at gingerr.help@gmail.com to find a plan that fits.
